About Andra

Andra’s early experience in her family’s IT business sparked her interest in finance and business management. As a certified accountant (FCCA) and project manager (Prince2), Andra’s diverse background spans consulting, finance and managing international projects. 

From fitness coaching to business management, financial management, audit and consulting in Big 4 companies, project management, and international roles, Andra has experienced businesses from a variety of perspectives. She brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding of businesses from both the client’s and the consultant’s viewpoint.  

Andra has worked across multiple sectors and cultures. Before moving to the UK in 2020, she lived in France for a year, worked on a project in Hong Kong for six months, and spent two years on a project implemented in African countries. She is flexible and adaptable to meet the specific needs of any business she works with.  

Her industry experience includes financial services, retail, manufacturing, and property management – amongst others. Additionally, Andra is an expert in implementing change management within businesses, focusing on financial tools, profitability improvement techniques, new processes, and team setups.
